Matheus Osteti

Matheus Osteti began their work experience as a Junior Civil Engineer at SIRO in February 2022, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Surveyor at Apex Surveys from October 2021 to January 2022. Matheus also gained extensive experience at Siemens, where they held the position of Sales Order Management Analyst from March 2017 to October 2021. In this role, they processed orders, collaborated with various stakeholders, and assisted with opportunity validation and quoting. Before joining Siemens, Matheus worked at Consigaz Gas Distributor, first as an Engineering and Installation Assistant from June 2016 to March 2017, where they managed inventory and scheduled maintenance inspections. Matheus also had an internship in the Human Resources department for a brief period in May 2016. Prior to that, Matheus had another internship at Consigaz Gas Distributor, where they analyzed public notices, monitored negotiations, and assisted with sales administration from April 2015 to January 2016. Lastly, Matheus gained internship experience in IT at FIESP (Federation of Industries of State of Sao Paulo) from January 2014 to October 2014, where they provided support to intern clients and managed inventory.

Matheus Osteti earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes from 2015 to 2020. In 2016 to 2017, Matheus attended Protec School where they studied Technician in Architectural Drawing. Furthermore, in 2013 to 2014, they studied IT at Etec Professor Basilides de Godoy. Matheus has also obtained several certifications, including "Como Lidar com Clientes Insatisfeitos," "Como Potencializar o Atendimento Telefônico ao Cliente," "Técnicas de Comunicação Interpessoal," and "Fundamentos do Atendimento ao Cliente" from LinkedIn, all obtained in 2021. Additionally, Matheus obtained the "Safe Pass" certification from SOLAS in January 2022.
