Sibylle Soers

Sibylle Soers currently serves as a Founders Associate & Partnerships at Sirona Technologies, focusing on building and scaling direct air capture technologies for CO₂ removal. Additionally, Sibylle is a Founding Member of FirstMovers, an initiative launched to empower young startup employees in Belgium. Previous experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Young Graduate at Johnson & Johnson and a Customer Success Agent at GEOS Laboratories, where new prospecting methods were implemented to enhance B2B opportunities. Sibylle's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from both KU Leuven and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from KU Leuven.
