Tara Dokousian

Tara Dokousian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client financial services, education, and corporate training. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Financial Services, Client Resolutions, and Collections at Sirva since December 2018, Tara previously held various roles at BGRS from June 2012 to December 2018, including Account Manager and Team Leader in Client Financial Services. Earlier experience includes a position as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Glendale Elementary School District No 40, where responsibilities included team leadership and administration of IEP and 504 Plans. Tara’s career began at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services as a Corporate Trainer and Cost Management Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Elementary Education and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Computer Science from Iowa Wesleyan University.
