Sezgin Lüle

Sezgin Lüle graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1998, and completed his master's degree in International Banking and Finance at the University of Birmingham in 2004. He started his career at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Sezgin Lüle, who started as an Intern Organization and Method Specialist in the Organization Directorate, worked as an Assistant Inspector in the Presidency of the Inspection Board in 1999, and as Assistant Manager and Unit Manager in the Project and Change Management Department between 2008-2011. He became the Corporate Architecture Manager. Having completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2019, Sezgin Lüle has been working with Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. He continues to serve as Assistant General Manager. Sezgin Lüle, who is responsible for the Payment Systems and Digital Banking functions at İşbank, is also the head of the Access Customer Services A.Ş. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Maxi Digital GmbH.
