Mia Isaacson

Mia Isaacson is a Senior Product Manager at Sisense. Mia was previously a Sr. Product Manager at CDK Global from July 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at New Relic, Inc. from December 2018 to March 2020.

At New Relic, Mia led their team through a restructure and large priority shift which resulted in the launch of an integrated dashboarding experience for all customers on the New Relic One platform. Mia was frequently recognized for their collaborative leadership across engineering, design and product which kept the teams aligned and allowed them to make the right tradeoffs between features, speed and quality.

Mia developed and successfully executed a plan to create a next-generation dashboarding product while maintaining support for the current product used by customers. Mia presented at the annual New Relic user conference about dashboards and query builder to 500+ customers.

Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods, Mia collected feedback on existing and conceptual features leading to directional decisions, reprioritization and design changes. Mia also facilitated in-person and remote meetings with customers to support research initiatives, sales deals, quarterly business reviews, escalations and account relationship building.

In collaboration with Product Marketing, Mia created go-to-market strategies and content for the New Relic One launch. Mia also developed and communicated product strategy, vision and roadmaps.

Mia Isaacson earned their Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oregon State University. Mia is currently working as a web developer and database administrator.

Their manager is Scott Castle, Chief Strategy Officer. They work with Lital Mor - Director of Product Operations, Andrew Loomis - Senior Manager, Product & Technical Enablement, and Roman Kudriavtsev - Product Owner.
