Oleksandr Topikha

Oleksandr Topikha has a strong background in technical support and operations management. Oleksandr most recently worked at Sisense as a Cloud Operations Team Lead, where they managed a team of engineers and focused on optimizing performance, availability, and security of cloud infrastructure and services. Prior to that, they were a Lead Technical Support Engineer at GlobalLogic, where they led a team in the development, QA, and support of innovative broadband solutions. Oleksandr also has experience in networking administration and technical support from their time at an internet and cable TV provider.

Oleksandr Topikha completed their Master's degree in Physical and Biomedical Electronics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Oleksandr attended the university from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including AWS for DevOps: Monitoring, Metrics, and Logging from LinkedIn, DevOps with AWS from LinkedIn, Complete CCNP ENARSI (300-410) Master Class from Udemy, Cybersecurity Essentials from Cisco, Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco, Emerging Technologies Workshop: Model Driven Programmability from Cisco, and Linux Essentials from Linux Professional Institute (LPI). These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2022.
