Jost Wahlen has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, talent management, and HR. Jost has held leadership positions in well-known companies such as John Sisk & Son Ltd, Allianz Insurance, Bombardier Transportation, Palm Europe Ltd., PricewaterhouseCoopers, and ITB Consulting. Jost has led the learning and development function in multiple organizations and has been responsible for building leadership and technical capability through programs and qualifications. Jost has also played a key role in diversity and inclusion initiatives and has achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation. Jost has experience in HR transformation projects, global talent programs, and designing and launching multiple-career path approaches.

Jost Wahlen holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology (Diplom-Psychologe) from Kiel University and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg. Jost has obtained certifications such as being a judge at the UK Employee Experience Awards, a 20-year membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Allianz Leadership Passport, and Occupational Psychometric Testing (Ability and Personality) from The British Psychological Society.
