Will Merriman

Will Merriman has extensive work experience in the civil engineering industry. Will is currently the Managing Director and General Manager of the Civil Engineering Business Unit at John Sisk & Son Ltd, where they have been since 2011. In this role, they are responsible for managing infrastructure projects in Ireland. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Assurance Director for Ireland and the Regional Commercial Director within the Civil Engineering Division, where they oversaw commercial management of projects in both Ireland and the UK.

Before joining John Sisk & Son Ltd, Will worked as a Commercial Manager at Pierse Contracting from 2001 to 2010. Will was responsible for overall commercial management on a variety of projects, including water supply schemes, reservoirs, and drainage contracts.

Earlier in their career, Will held positions as a Senior Commercial Consultant at Schofield Lothian, a Commercial Manager at Fitzpatrick Contractors Ltd, and a Project Quantity Surveyor at Kier Group.

Will Merriman attended Technological University Dublin from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a CED Diploma in Construction Economics. In the same year, they also pursued a BSc in Quantity Surveying at Trinity College Dublin.
