Tracy Reed

VP Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer at Siskin Hospital

Tracy received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1984, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Kennessaw State University in 1998.

She has been a CNO for nearly 20 years – first at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta where she worked for 10 years, then at two acute care hospitals in Tennessee. She also has experience in long term care, having worked in a nursing home early in her career. Additionally, Tracy has worked in surgical services, orthopedics, and diabetic control. Her past experience includes serving as a Med-Surg/ICU Program Director, an Infection Control Nurse, Employee Health Nurse, Patient Education Coordinator, and Chief Operating Officer.

In 2007, Tracy earned her certification as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from American Sentinel University in 2014.
