Ricardo Sánchez Rebollo

Ricardo Sánchez Rebollo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ricardo began their career in 1984 as an Oficial de Laboratorio at Air Liquide Spain. Ricardo then worked at Contiber, S.A. as an Ingeniero de Calidad for a short period of time. Ricardo joined INGENIERIA Y ECONOMIA DEL TRANSPORTE SA in 1992, where they served as the Traction Power Supply Head & Consultant Project Manager, responsible for project definition and consultancy works for Railway Electrification. In 1996, they joined Siemens S.A. as a Project Manager in Rail Electrification, focusing on Traction Power Supply Projects. In 2001, they became the Business Unit Manager at Siemens S.A., overseeing the Infrastructure for Railway Business. Ricardo held this position until 2011 when they transitioned to the role of Head of Business Development in the Smart Grid Division at Siemens S.A. From 2012 to 2017, Ricardo served as the Head of Mobility TPE (TurnKey Projects & Electrification) Spain at Siemens S.A., responsible for various activities in Railway Electrification Business. Ricardo most recently worked at SISTEM as the Director de proyectos, responsible for operations in Spain and internationally, managing projects in transportation, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. Overall, Ricardo has accumulated extensive experience in sales, project management, business development, and infrastructure within the railway and electrification sectors.

Ricardo Sánchez Rebollo has a diverse education history encompassing various fields of study. Ricardo began their education in 1985 at the Politechnical University of Madrid, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Mechanics and Machinery. Following this, from 1990 to 1991, they received a Complementary Degree as an Officer in the Spanish Army, focusing on being a Pioneer in Construction and Combat Engineering.

In 1998 and 1999, Ricardo attended the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, specifically the ETS Ingenieros Industriales, to pursue a Degree in Railway Technology. Ricardo furthered their studies in business by completing a Master's in Business Administration at the Universidad Complutense de Alcalá de Henares from 2001 to 2002, majoring in Business Administration.

Later on, Ricardo Sánchez Rebollo engaged in training courses provided by the Siemens Global Leadership Center in Feldafing, Germany. In 2008 and 2009, they completed an Advanced Management Course focused on Siemens Leadership Excellence. Additionally, in 2009, Ricardo participated in a Finance Training Course at the same institution, sharpening their skills in the financial aspects of leadership.
