Karin Baumgart Srougi

Karin Baumgart Srougi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving on the Deliberative Council of Sistema B and the Institute Center Norte, Karin is also a member of the Deliberative Council at the Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial and the President of the Deliberative Council at Instituto Vedacit, which Karin founded. Karin co-founded and mentored the Protagonistas de Impacto program, aimed at fostering positive societal impact. Previous roles include strategic and sustainability committee leadership at Grupo Baumgart and commercial and marketing oversight at Expo Center Norte. Karin founded the ONG Educando para o Futuro to promote health education in vulnerable populations in remote areas of Brazil.
