Cynthia G. has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Cynthia began their career as a Community Liaison Officer at Garden Grove Unified School District in 1996. Cynthia then worked as a Program & Communications Manager at Loyola Institute for Spirituality for 15 years. In 2014, Cynthia co-founded Fleur de Papel, Inc. and served as the CEO until 2016. Cynthia then joined Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange as a Business Manager-Institute for Pastoral Ministry (IPM) from 2015 to 2019. Cynthia worked as a Human Resource & Accounting Specialist at Sisters of the Company of Mary Our Lady from 2019 to 2022. Cynthia then served as a Human Resources Director at Shepherd's Grove | Hour of Power with Bobby Schuller from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Cynthia holds the position of Human Resources Director at Sisters of St Joseph of Orange.

Cynthia G. attended The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles, where they studied Interior Design from an unknown start year until 2006. Cynthia has obtained additional certifications in Financial Management Essentials from NonprofitReady in 2023, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2022, Lay Associate from Loyola Institute for Spirituality in 2013, and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2003.
