Bryan Arias ⎊

Bryan Arias has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology. Bryan currently serves as a DevOps Engineer at Sisu, an online real estate transaction platform. Prior to this, Bryan worked as an Oracle/Perl Developer at Collabera Inc., from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Collabera, Bryan held a position at Essilor from August 2016 to May 2020. There, they served as a Release Manager and Senior Oracle Database Developer for the Optuitive Applications team. Bryan played an integral role in managing the team's Agile methodology, including daily scrums, sprint/release plannings, retrospectives, and story time sessions. Bryan was responsible for maintaining the primary tech for a DOD Customer's PROD system, performing OS/DB/App updates, problem resolution, and ensuring security. Bryan also contributed extensively to the team's documentation, publishing various types of materials to the team's libraries.

Prior to their time at Essilor, Bryan worked at Diamond Offshore from September 2008 to August 2016. Bryan held multiple roles within the Applications Group, serving as an Applications Analyst and later as a Senior Developer. During their time there, Bryan developed a custom claims system that integrated with other modules of the Oracle E-business Suite. Bryan was also a key team member in the implementation of Footprints and STAT Ticket tracking software, as well as leading a major 18-month upgrade project for Oracle Apps.

Before Diamond Offshore, Bryan worked as a Technical Consultant at Diligent Consulting, Inc. from May 2004 to August 2008. Bryan began their career as a Technical Consultant at Thinkspark/Database Consultants, Inc., where they worked from July 1996 to May 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist and Research Assistant at Radian Corporation/Radian International from February 1987 to July 1996.

Bryan Arias ⎊ completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas State University from 1986 to 1991. In December 2020, they obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
