Kathir Avan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2008, they started working as a Technician for Matrixs India pvt ltd until 2010. Following that, they joined VST MOTORS LTD as a Sales Executive from 2010 to 2012. In 2017, Kathir took on the role of a Medical Representative at XENO LIFE SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED from April to October. Currently, they are employed at Sita Corp as a Project Manager, where they started in December 2017.

Kathir Avan obtained their Master of Engineering degree in VLSI Design from the Knowledge Institute of Technology (KIOT) from 2012 to 2014.
