Ger mc Donald

Ger Mc Donald has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 1992 to 2000, Ger worked as a Database Developer for a Public Utilities company. Following this, from 1999 to 2009, Ger held the role of Software Engineer Architect in the Financial Trading industry. In 2009, Ger joined SITA, where they first served as a Software Development Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Ger took on the role of Corporate HR Systems Manager, leading a team of IT and HR professionals. From 2016 to 2022, Ger was appointed as the Lead Data Architect. Currently, Ger holds the position of Business Intelligence Lead at SITA.

Ger McDonald obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in the period from 1987 to 1991. Later, in the academic year 1991-1992, Ger pursued a Master's degree in Information Management at the University of Strathclyde. Furthermore, Ger completed a Master of Science degree in Big Data Analytics at Atlantic Technological University from 2019 to 2020.
