James Ho

James Ho has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. James began their career at Singapore Airlines, where they served as an Airline Operations Manager in Beijing and Shanghai from 1995 to 2000. James then moved on to the role of Regional Business Manager for North Asia at Singapore Airlines from 2001 to 2003. James then joined TNT Express as the GM of Global Network Hub Operations in Hong Kong from 2003 to 2005. James then transitioned to a Director position at Boeing, where they led Commercial Airplane Sales in China Asia Pacific from 2005 to 2018. Following their time at Boeing, James served as the Area Director of Operations at Alaska Airlines from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Pacific Northwest Sales at SITA, starting in May 2021.

James Ho holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. James also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia.
