SITA
Thinagaran Shanmugam is an experienced service designer and manager with a strong background in service operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Service Designer at SITA since November 2019, Thinagaran designs operational support solutions for projects involving service operations and management for airports and airlines in the APAC region. Previously held roles include Customer Success Manager at SITA, where management of Singapore Airlines' voice network operations was a key responsibility, and Service Manager at Orange Business Services, overseeing Singapore airline voice solutions. Additional experience encompasses a managerial position at AT&T focused on service assurance and network operations, senior management of network operations at Docomo Intertouch Pte Ltd, and head of IT at Pan Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Thinagaran holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from APIIT and has completed various training programs with Juniper Networks and PDA Training & Consultancy.
