Melissa Rhone

Melissa Rhone is an experienced finance and human resources professional, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources and Controller at Site Tech Services since February 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day financial operations, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and handling human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and benefits administration. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Net Industries, LLC, where Melissa led the StateUniversity.com College and University Blog, and Content Manager at New Media Solutions, where a successful freelance writing career was established. Additional experience includes bookkeeping and payroll duties at Site Tech Services and the University of Tampa. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Music in Teacher Education from the University of Tampa and has completed an MBA program at Saint Leo University, along with a bartending certificate from Elite Bartending School Florida Keys.
