Robert Desmarais

Robert Desmarais is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Vice President Customer Success for the Discover Search SaaS Group at Sitecore since October 2021. Desmarais has a proven track record in leading teams, optimizing business processes, and enhancing customer relationships across various organizations, including a significant role as Global Director at Sitecore Discover & Search, where responsibilities included managing the transition of the Reflektion business post-acquisition. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director at Reflektion, where Desmarais focused on e-commerce personalization, and as Sr. Director at 1WorldSync, leading the commercialization of a new SaaS product. Additional roles span top-tier companies such as Digital River and Micros-Retail, with a foundational career as President/CEO of Dynamik Technologies.
