Simone Sparholt

Simone Sparholt is a Senior HR Partner at Sitecore. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Sitecore from August 2014 to November 2020. Simone has also worked as a Sales Assistant at emmerys from November 2009 to February 2013, and as a Nordic HR Assistant at CA Technologies from April 2013 to July 2014. In addition, they did a 10-week internship in the HR department at føtex, Dansk Supermarked, from December 2011 to July 2013. Lastly, Simone was an Auditor employee at Lokalrevisorerne ApS from August 2008 to July 2009, where they performed administrative tasks, archiving, prepared smaller Financial statements, accounting/bookkeeping and other audit functions incl. SOX.

Simone Sparholt has a cand. merc. from Copenhagen Business School in Human Resource Management, a BSc in economics and business administration from Copenhagen Business School in HA Almen, and an STX from Herlev Gymnasium og HF in High School. Simone also has certifications from LinkedIn in Human Resources: Job Structure and Design, Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations, and Strategic Human Resources.
