Crissy Pagulayan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crissy began their career as a Student at PLU from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they interned as a Client Service-Marketing Intern at Milici Valenti NG Pack, followed by a role as an Account Coordinator at Harris Agency, where they executed marketing and advertising plans and assisted with event planning and PR. Crissy then joined Communications Pacific as an Assistant Account Executive, where they led team projects and managed day-to-day activities for large accounts. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Board Member & Education Chair at Ad 2 Honoulu and later became self-employed as a Freelance Marketing/Advertising contractor, working with smaller companies to build their marketing departments. At Pacific Lutheran University Business Network (PLUBN), they served as a Board Member from 2009 to 2012, connecting BBA and MBA alumni around the world. In 2011, they joined Rusty George Creative as an Account Manager, building client relationships and managing creative resources within budget and timelines. Crissy advanced to Lead Account Manager, overseeing the client management team and developing project management structures. In 2014, they became the Accounts Director, overseeing client management and agency resources to ensure successful client relationships and project outcomes. Currently, they are employed at SiteCrafting as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and managing projects.
Crissy Pagulayan pursued their undergraduate education at the Pacific Lutheran University - School of Business from 2002 to 2006. Crissy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing during their time at the university. In addition to their formal education, Crissy Pagulayan has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Crissy became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance in September 2018. Crissy further improved their expertise by achieving the status of Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from the same institution in September 2019. Most recently, they obtained the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2022.
