Britt Provost

Britt Provost is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for the Washington Trails Association from August 2020 to November 2021. Britt was also the EVP of People & Culture at Accolade, Inc. from January 2020 to February 2022, and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Promethean from March 2019 to December 2019. From May 2018 to December 2020, they served on the Board of Directors for the University of Washington Bothell School of Business. Prior to that, they were the EVP of People & Culture at Apptio from July 2014 to March 2019, and the Vice President of Global Service Lines / Corporate Functions at Avanade from February 2008 to July 2014. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at RealNetworks from October 2006 to February 2008, and a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Microsoft from August 2005 to October 2006. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Management at ServiceMaster from September 2004 to August 2005.

Britt Provost has a BA in Art Theirtory from the University of Washington and an MBA with an entrepreneurship focus from the University of Colorado Denver. Britt also has a certification from the University of Washington Foster School of Business Executive Education in Women Board of Directors Development Program.

A direct report to Britt Provost is and Gitte Hemmingsen - VP, Global HR. Britt Provost reports to Shane Paladin, CEO. They work with Mogens Abel-Bache - CTO, Amit Patel - CFO, and Mads Sørensen - General Counsel.
