Judith Michelle Williams

Judith Michelle Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and diversity leadership. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Siteimprove, Judith is also a Co-Founder of Sugarwork and the Founder of Magic Deer Consulting. Previously, Judith held prominent roles at SAP as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Global Head of People Sustainability and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Judith was the Global Head of Diversity at Dropbox, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering inclusive workplace environments. Educational credentials include an AB in Government from Harvard University and both an MA and PhD from Stanford University.
