Kiaya Gardner

Kiaya Gardner is currently working as a Business Process Manager at Siteimprove since January 2018. In this role, Kiaya conducts end-to-end process evaluations and implements streamlined workflows. Kiaya also configures Totango to align with business objectives, improving customer success operations. Prior to this, Kiaya worked at SPS Commerce from April 2014 to January 2018, where Kiaya held various roles such as Associate Project Manager and Training Designer. Kiaya has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
