Lesley Soekland

Lesley Soekland has over 17 years of work experience, with the majority of their career focused on project management in the construction and solar industries. Lesley has experience managing multi-million dollar projects, developing contract agreements, scheduling, conducting cost reporting, and selecting subcontractors. The companies they have worked for include SitelogIQ West, Summit Technology Group, Indoor Environmental Services, Universal Alarm, Lawson Mechanical Contractors, Stellar Energy GP Inc, Firewall Entertainment, and Kirby Construction Company Inc. Lesley'smost recent role was as a Senior Project Manager at SitelogIQ West, and they will be taking on a new role as Director of Operations in September 2022.

Lesley Soekland received their Bachelor of Science degree with EIT certification from California Polytechnic University – San Luis Obispo in the years 2001-2004. Lesley later pursued a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007.
