Mary Ann Castillo

Mary Ann Castillo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mary Ann started their career as a Universal Agent at Sitel, where they handled customer configuration, account activation, and management. Mary Ann then worked as a Technical Support Specialist for Google Drive at Concentrix, where they collaborated with a team to troubleshoot and provide technical resolutions for consumers and businesses. Afterwards, Mary Ann joined Acquire BPO as a Backoffice/Administrative Assistant, responsible for managing jobs submitted through an online platform. Mary Ann then worked at 51Talk as an English Second Language Teacher, teaching English language to young Chinese learners online. Most recently, Mary Ann has been working at SiteMinder. Mary Ann started as a Senior Customer Configuration Analyst, researching and proposing ways to improve performance, and later became the Configuration Success Team Lead, demonstrating planning and organizational skills, as well as scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
