Nicki Araghi

Nicki Araghi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicki has held various leadership roles in customer onboarding and success at SiteMinder, where they led teams across Asia Pacific and contributed to the company's growth. Nicki also has experience in customer insights and improvement at Rockend, where they managed a team and supported the development of customer experience strategies. In addition, Nicki has volunteered as a primary ethics teacher at Primary Ethics, providing students with opportunities for critical thinking and ethical reasoning. Prior to their current roles, they worked in property management at Ray White Woollahra and Elders Real Estate, demonstrating their versatility in different fields.

Nicki Araghi attended Oxford Brookes University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. In addition to their degree, Nicki has obtained certifications as a Future Leaders Program Mentor from SiteMinder in 2019, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
