Your Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Clinical Excellence Lead to join our team. This is a 100% onsite role based in our Winter Park, FL office.

At SiteRx, the healthcare providers we support trust us to empower them with the most suitable treatment alternatives for their patients, including relevant clinical research opportunities. Underlying this trust is our ability to deliver high-quality treatment options for their consideration with seamless quality, accuracy and efficiency. As Clinical Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for supporting this technology-enabled process which seeks to ensure that every treatment alternative we present to providers are of high quality, accurate, and that no patient is left behind.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant clinical field
• Experience navigating complex healthcare data 
• Familiarity with the clinical trial recruitment and/or enrollment journey a plus
• Superior detail orientation, capacity to process large quantities of healthcare data and patient medical histories
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, discretion, diligence and ability to work independently 

• Prior working experience in a relevant clinical field is preferred

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to operate and stare at a computer for extended periods of time.
