Shannon Clinton has a wide range of work experience. Shannon began their career in 2006 as a Design Manager at McFarland's Carriage House Inc. An Authorized Ethan Allen Retailer. In 2012, they joined Paycom as a Sales Representative, then moved up to Executive Sales Representative and Senior Executive Sales Representative. In 2018, they joined IQPC Exchange as the Director of Strategic Partnerships - Chief Data and Analytics Officer Exchange. Later in 2018, they joined SiteZeus as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales Management, and Enterprise Sales. During their time at Paycom, they traveled to territories such as Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee, working with C-Suite executives to gain insight into their strategic goals and help build HCM solutions. As Director of Sales Management at SiteZeus, they were responsible for driving revenue through net new sales and managing the sales team including enterprise, emerging markets and business development representatives.

Shannon Clinton attended Stetson University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology. During that time, they also attended Nottingham Trent University from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Business Management with a focus in Social Psychology.
