Baylee Mitchell is an experienced merchandise buyer currently with SITKA Gear since February 2023, previously serving as an associate digital buyer at 5.11 Tactical and as an assistant buyer at Ross Stores, Inc. Baylee has demonstrated expertise in managing purchase orders, developing vendor relationships, and analyzing market trends to inform buying decisions. Additionally, Baylee has a background in social media management from Powertrain Direct and experience in accounts payable with CEC Companies. As the founder and owner of Another Girl's Treasure, Baylee successfully created a business model focusing on re-purposed t-shirts, while also overseeing marketing and customer service.
