Erin Grilec-Yarnall

Erin Grilec-Yarnall is the current Chief People Officer at Sittercity. Erin has previous experience as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Harris Associates from February 2020 to June 2021. Erin has also worked as the Senior Director, People Development at Cars.com from March 2016 to September 2019.

At Cars.com, Erin was responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of HR business partners and OD with ownership of HR support for all 1,500 employees. Erin also took on Learning & Development including performance and talent management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and the Cars learning platform and 360 tools. Some of their notable achievements during their time at Cars.com include creating and implementing an HR Business Partner model, driving 2 major business transformations, and reengineering all organization-wide training/OD resources.

Erin has proven herself to be an effective leader in times of change and transformation. Erin is a strategic thinker with a track record of success in developing and implementing HR initiatives that have positive impacts on the organizations they work for.

Erin Grilec-Yarnall has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University and a degree from Tinley Park High School.
