Carol Klass

Carol Klass is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Management at SitusAMC since October 2022, Carol previously held the position of Senior Learning & OD Consultant at NewRez LLC from August 2014 to September 2022. Carol's career also includes roles such as Learning & Development Manager and Senior Change Management and Training Specialist at Dorman Products, as well as the Director of New Business Development at Norstar Properties, LLC. Earlier experience includes a position as Learning Solutions Specialist at NVR, Inc., where Carol was promoted to a newly created role focused on talent management and training for over 150 staff members. With a strong background in training facilitation, change management, and leadership development, Carol holds a BA in English Writing from LaSalle University and has furthered education through programs at Harvard University.
