Garry Herdler

Garry Herdler is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in real estate finance and private equity consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SitusAMC since June 2021, Garry has played a crucial role in supporting innovative solutions across the real estate finance lifecycle. In addition to this role, Garry is a Private Equity Consultant and Managing Principal at ORE Management LLC, advising on operational performance turnarounds and successfully managing loan restructurings. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at QuadReal Property Group and StoneMor Inc., as well as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal. Garry’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia and Chartered Professional Accountant qualifications from CPA Canada. Currently, Garry serves on the board of Diversified Royalty Corp and has had a diverse career assisting various firms in financial management, operational improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.
