Monica Ottenbacher

Monica Ottenbacher has extensive experience in technology enablement and client success, currently serving as Senior Director at SitusAMC since December 2021. Prior to this role, Monica held multiple positions at Accenture from January 2007 to December 2021, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Management Consulting, where responsibilities involved leading major initiatives such as the development of target operating models and managing significant consulting resources. Additionally, Monica served as EVP of Client Delivery at Mortgage Cadence, overseeing client success, technical delivery, and training teams. Monica holds an MA in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from Duke University and a BS in Biology from the University of South Dakota.
