Peter Muoio

Peter Muoio is a seasoned professional in real estate research and analytics, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of SitusAMC Insights since December 2020. Prior roles include Founder and Managing Partner at Mast Insights and Executive Vice President at Ten-X, where Muoio specialized in synthesizing complex analytics and advising executive leadership on strategic growth. Muoio's career also includes leadership positions at CWCAPITAL INVESTMENTS LLC and its predecessor, Maximus Advisors, which Muoio founded. Earlier experiences encompass significant roles at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company, where Muoio developed comprehensive research capabilities and provided analytics for various real estate businesses. Muoio holds a PhD in Economics from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
