Jimena Eloísa Avilés has over 12 years of work experience in legal and compliance roles. Jimena Eloísa is currently the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer at Sivo (YC W21). Abogados Aduaneros, where they provided consulting and litigation in Customs Law, as well as advice on reviews and home visits related to foreign trade. From 2008-2009, they were a University Lecturer at Universidad Humanitas, and a Junior Lawyer at Agencia Aduanal Rodriguez from 2009-2010. Additionally, they completed an International Compliance and Anti-Corruption course from the Institute for U.S. Law in 2019.
