Adam Shinnick

Adam Shinnick is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the West Region at Six Flags, responsible for supporting parks in California, Arizona, and Mexico. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company and Senior Director of HR at sweetgreen, where Adam led HR initiatives and supported operational success. Extensive experience includes leadership positions at Dine Brands Global, Southern California Edison, and Countrywide Financial, focusing on areas such as talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational strategy. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science from Azusa Pacific University.
