Geri Atanassova-Boft

Geri Atanassova-Boft is a Senior Lead Instructional Designer at Six Red Marbles, with a track record of collaborating with subject matter experts and institutional stakeholders to optimize online professional training courses since November 2021. Geri has extensive academic experience as an Associate Teaching Professor of Arabic at The Ohio State University, where responsibilities included designing and implementing research-informed instruction for various proficiency levels and co-developing a hybrid cultural program. Previous roles also include a Senior Lecturer of Arabic and an Instructor of Arabic at Columbus State Community College. Geri's early career involved doctoral research at Georgetown University, focusing on Arabic teaching methodologies and second language acquisition, culminating in a PhD in Arabic Language, Literature, and Linguistics.
