Paulina Olsson

Paulina Olsson is a seasoned professional specializing in strategy consulting, with a focus on the kids media and game industry as Co-founder and CEO of Peppy agency since June 2022. Prior to this, Paulina co-founded Peppy Pals, the first company to gamify social and emotional learning for children, which was recognized with various awards and backed by LEGO Ventures. In addition to leadership roles, Paulina serves as an Executive Board Member and Advisor at Six Seconds, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing emotional intelligence globally. Paulina's extensive experience also includes roles at SEB Kort, Iduna AB, and HandelsConsulting. Academically, Paulina holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Gothenburg, complemented by studies at Macquarie University.
