Tram Hoang is a seasoned professional in the field of emotional intelligence, currently serving as a Certified EQ Brain Profiler, Certified EQ Assessor Youth Version, and Certified EQ Practitioner at Six Seconds since December 2020. With expertise in delivering effective emotional intelligence tools and methods, Tram supports clients in enhancing their performance on the people-side of organizational dynamics. Tram also holds a Coach Cert Foundation from the International Coaching Federation and has experience as a Human Resources Director at Papaya Insurtech and a Chief Operations Officer at FWD Insurance. Tram's career began at AIA, progressing through roles in Customer Relationship Management from 2001 to 2017, and is backed by a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Pedagogy Ho Chi Minh.
