Clifton Kemp possesses extensive experience in electronic communications and technical instruction. Currently serving as a Technical Electronics Communications Instructor at Six 3 Systems Inc. since October 2010, Clifton implements and instructs the use of electronic equipment for the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy while also researching and developing new communications tools. Additionally, Clifton holds a similar position at CACI International Inc. since October 2010, specializing in tactical and discreet electronic communications. Prior experience includes roles as Tactical Communications Manager Subject Matter Expert II at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where Clifton provided maintenance and expertise in communications systems, and as Master Wideband Radio Technician Lead at the White House Communications Agency, responsible for training teams globally in complex communication systems. Clifton’s career began at the National Security Agency as an Information Systems Program Manager, focusing on communications and cryptographic equipment.
