Tahir Javed

Tahir Javed has over 12 years of work experience in Salesforce, ERP, AWS, Full Stack, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, and CRM. Tahir began their career in 2010 as a Consultant, CRM Practice Lead, and Project Manager at Jaffer Brothers (Private) Limited, where they were responsible for CRM Solution Designing, Pre-Sales, and Discovery Meetings. In 2013, they moved to Systems Limited as a Senior CRM Consultant and Senior Business Analyst, where they managed RFPs/RFIs, Solution Demonstrations, and Solution Designing. In 2014, they joined IBEX | Global as a Business Analyst - Client Services, where their responsibilities included Business Process Analysis, Project Management, Process Re-engineering, and advising Process Improvements. In 2015, they joined Technology Services Company as a Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst, where they were responsible for managing CRM projects, conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops, and determining Operational Objectives. In 2018, they moved to CloudJunction Advisors as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Project & Quality Manager, where they advised clients on best fit CRM solutions and custom solutions, aligned with industry and consulting best practices. In 2019, they joined AAW as a Salesforce and Digital Transformation Consultant, where they were responsible for making customers satisfied through cutting edge CRM/Salesforce solutions and successful project deliveries. In 2020, they joined Sixlogs Technologies as the Director of Delivery Services, and in 2022 they joined Aware Services as a Salesforce Consulting.

Tahir Javed obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MIS (ERP/CRM) from PAF-KIET between 2009 and 2011. Tahir also holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Karachi University, as well as a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications from AIU - Karachi. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Oracle University, including Fusion Applications: CRM Implementation and Siebel CRM Business Analyst. Tahir also holds a Diploma in Telecommunications from Karachi University, as well as certifications from Oracle and ScrumStudy.
