Melanie Lang has extensive experience in digital customer experience and quality management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Digital Customer Experience at SIXT since May 2014. Previously, Melanie held several key positions within SIXT including Director of Customer Excitement & Quality Management and Executive Manager roles focused on customer excitement, processes, and international audit. Prior to that, Melanie was a Senior Manager of Processes and Internal Audit at Sixt rent a car and held various positions at Samhammer AG, including Senior Consultant and Assistant to the Board. Melanie holds degrees in Controller (VWA) and Betriebswirt (VWA) from the University of Regensburg and has been involved in the field since 2004.
