Oriol Pareja

Oriol Pareja is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll and human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Payroll at SIXT since September 2021, Oriol has previously held key roles at Marley Spoon, Zalando Payments, and BASF Services Europe GmbH, where responsibilities included leading teams, overseeing payroll processes, and advising on labor law and HR operations. Oriol's career commenced at Sodexo, where significant experience in HR administration and payroll management for multiple companies was gained. Oriol is further enhancing expertise through a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
