Gabriel Gonzalez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager, Bartender, and Server at Sixty Vines since August 2020. Previous roles include Sommelier and Bartender at Nantucket Island Resorts from April 2017 to January 2020, as well as various positions including Server, Bartender, and Server Assistant at Ruth's Chris Steak House from January 2013 to February 2017. Gabriel also gained experience as a Harvest Intern at Brooks Winery in 2016 and served as a Sommelier at Nick and Toni's during the summer of 2015. Gabriel is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Programming at Valencia College, with a completion date expected in August 2024.
