Martin Castillo is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Executive Chef at Sixty Vines since June 2020, after holding the position of Executive Sous Chef. Prior to this role, Martin was the Executive Chef at Harwood Arms for a year, with a brief tenure at Harwood International also as Executive Chef. Martin gained further experience as Chef De Cuisine at The Tavern Bar & Grill and Press Café, showcasing a strong progression in the culinary field. Educationally, Martin completed a High School Diploma at Western Hills High School between 2008 and 2010.
