Taff Watts

Taff Watts has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1993, they served in the HM Armed Forces as an Officer until 2016, during which time they also held the position of Commanding Officer of the 30th Signal Regiment and Commander Queen's Gurkha Signals. In this role, they oversaw the deployment of the regiment to Libya and Egypt and introduced new technologies into service.

In 2013, Taff Watts became Commander Joint Force Communications and Information Systems in Afghanistan for HM Forces. Following this, they worked at CD Info, HQ Army as Assistant Director Plans and later as Assistant Director Command Support from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Watts joined Communications Systems West - L3 Communications as Director, Strategic Development Europe. Taff held this position until 2021 when they moved on to L3Harris Technologies as Director Systems Development Europe.

Currently, Taff Watts is working as the Director Of Business Development at SiXworks Limited, starting in June 2022.

Taff Watts earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Bristol, from 1990 to 1993.
