Alyson Getchell

Alyson Getchell has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alyson currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Sizemore, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they founded their own HR consulting firm called Get HR in 2019.

Alyson has also worked at University Health Care System, where they held various HR roles, including HR Talent Manager from February 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing and planning recruitment strategies, coordinating recruiting efforts for multiple healthcare facilities, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Alyson has also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Center for Primary Care from March 2017 to January 2019, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Medac from March 2016 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, Alyson worked at University Health Care System from 2010 to 2016, where they held multiple HR positions, including Manager, Benefits and Corporate Education, HR Talent Manager, HR Generalist - Physician Services, and HR Consultant.

Before joining University Health Care System, they gained experience at Kelly Services, where they worked as a Partnered Staffing Account Manager, District Manager, Senior Staffing Supervisor, Senior Partnered Staffing Supervisor, and Account Manager.

Additionally, Alyson worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Bell Oaks Company in 2003. Overall, they have a strong background in HR management, talent acquisition, and strategic planning.

Alyson Getchell, MHRD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communication Studies from Clemson University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Alyson then pursued a Master of Human Resource Development degree at Clemson University from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Alyson holds certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in March 2007, and the SHRM - SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management, which they obtained in March 2015.
