Laura Paridy

Laura Paridy is a Development Analyst at SJP Properties, a position held since February 2015, where responsibilities include providing analytical and financial support for financing, acquisition, development, and leasing teams, as well as underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and conducting due diligence. Prior to this role, Laura served as Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager at Scotto Properties from October 2005 to January 2015, overseeing accounting operations, managing financial reporting for property management and development, and acting as the primary liaison for commercial tenants and financial institutions. Laura began their career as an Accountant and Assistant Property Manager, performing daily accounting activities and property management functions. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
