Benjamin Lyon currently serves as CEO of Gallagher Securities (UK) and Head of Capital Advisory at Gallagher Re UK since June 2025. Additionally, Benjamin holds the position of Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, starting from February 2024. Benjamin possesses extensive expertise in insurance and asset management, focusing on public and private mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reinsurance transactions, regulatory matters, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions within the U.K. Prior to these roles, Benjamin was International Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton from February 2012 to January 2024.
